Guest are given the preference of selecting their individually prepared seven course sit down dinner and an American breakfast from a wide ranged A’la carte menu prepared by award winning gourmet chefs. In keeping with the easy going concept of the  Hotel, guests keep  to  their biological   clock and dine at their preferred times.
